Pixlr is a free online photo editor allowing you to edit, adjust, filter and share your images. A professional tool with several versions to share and edit online, directly from your computer or mobile phone.
Upload photos and videos from your computer or grab from Facebook, Instagram, Picasa, Flickr and elsewhere. Select a video style, choose some music, add a few words of your own... and poof! Observe the awesomeness that is an Animoto video, and share it online with people you love.
Audience & Format
The workshop is targeted for both students and tutors interested in getting to know how to edit and share online photos and videos.
Access to a personal computer or smartphone and Internet are mandatory. Attendees will be asked to bring a picture of themselves (front and profile in a clear/clean background).
Organizers will give a brief introduction (approximately 60 minutes) about the tools available in both applications (Pixlr & Animoto). Afterwards, the attendees, will be invited to explore the applications and edit, create and share their own images and videos - hands-on approach and working in pairs.
